ART AND NATURE
Val d'Orcia to be discovered
Val d'Orcia, included in the World Heritage List in 2004, represents a unique combination of art and nature, an harmonious landscape, where man has respected rather than altered. The testimony of how humanized landscape and natural landscape can live in harmony, the beauty of a land rich in evidence, crossed by the ancient Via Francigena, still today travelled on foot and by bicycle by enthusiasts from all over the world.
Today the Val d'Orcia is represented by a rural landscape, result of the work of our old elders, mainly cultivated with cereals with alternation vineyards and olive trees. Extraordinary chromatic variations of our land, never the same, always beautiful to take your breath away.
